About the Conference 

The Organizing Committee kindly invites you to take part in the DOC – 2012 conference which will be held next spring in Riga, Latvia. It will be organized jointly by University of Latvia SPIE Student Chapter (ULSPIE), OSA Latvian Student Chapter (OSAL).

Scope:

The purpose of the conference is to bring together young scientists (students) working experimentally and theoretically in the fields of optics and photonics to share and exchange new ideas and to establish contacts for future collaboration. Also we encourage students of hysics to first time presented their BSc, MSc or PhD thesis. The official language of the conference is English.
